Zoning & Subdivision Code Update
Public Information Documents

Over the past year and a half, the Advisory Council and Cedar Eden Environmental have been meeting and revising the Subdivision Code, Zoning Code and Zoning Map. In the end, the nearly thiry year old Subdivision Code (circa 1975) was replaced in its entirety and numerous changes and additions were made to the 17 year old Zoning Code (circa 1987) to modernize it. The current and proposed documents can be viewed using the links below.

Major issues addressed in the new code include:

Billboards, cell towers (telecommunications facilities), flag lots, frontage, adult businesses, stormwater, manufactured (mobile) homes &manufactured home parks, planned unit developments, nonconforming uses, commercial/industrial design guidelines, landscaping standards, special use and site plan procedures, and lot size standards.
