- Enters existing AEM Tier I data into computer using AEM GIS data entry
form
- Delivers these data to consultant

- Counties get a system for better managing and analyzing AEM data

- GIS layers, including topo maps, farm locations and basic Tier I data
- Cash incentives

- Participating counties will share in incentive funds as follows:
- $200 per county
- Minimum of $1.50 for each farm entered into system
- Location on map, farm ID, and Tier I data
- Final per farm payment may be higher and will be based on total farms
submitted statewide
